sard fpr question

ive just fitted a sard furl pressure reg and i started the car up to set the pressure and the gauge doesnt work and theres petrol pissing out the top of it where it adjusts. ive got the bottom pipe going to the injectors, the middle pipe is the main fuel feed and next to that is the gauge and the top is the vac hose that goes to the inlet. anyone no why the gauge doesnt work and its leaking?

is it second hand?

how have you piped it again? it should be on the return line from the injectors, not on the feed line.

The top one is your vac line, the middle should be going to the fuel rail and the bottom should be going to the fuel return

^^^^ thats how it should be plumbed

also make sure your use a thread seal/lock and let it dry before using on all threads

as above, though it does look like you have got ptfe tape on there

Plumbers white tape they use for heaters etc works fine also to solve fuel leaks.

its the other way around mate..only the vac line is correct..
