I just hope that his 'lack of match fitness' doesn't result in an accident. Yes, he's very talented, and I'm sure he'll do well, but I can't help thinking he escaped virtually unscathed, and now he's back in the hot seat. Just hope it all goes well...

Did you ever hear him say why he left F1? He got pushed out by the FIA imo for making the sport boring which is true but why leave to be an advisor when he could keep on winning come on infareness.

People have to remember Schumacher got pushed out of F1 thats a fact.

Schumi was shamed out by Alonso/Renault back in 05 & 06 as he was back in 98 & 99 by the awsome McLaren/Hakkinen combo and more before in 96 & 97 by Williams! It was the end of his era in 06, he couldn't handle the pressure from young guns anymore and thats it.

Ya it had nothing to do with the plumeting tv ratings at all dude.. You even said it yourself it was a dull period he still had plenty to give. I dont really think pressure was really an issue tbh after all look at the amount of championships he won under pressure. The dude used to lap his own team mate he was that good. I dont know why I'm defending him though lol I hated the cunt I'm all things McLaren always have been but credit where credit is due and all that.

no need to look to deep into it lads, he left formula cause he was old and shit, not because he didnt win in 05 and 06 or was pushed out.

as for being shamed out, get with it!!! went to the wire in 1998, retired in last race and hak won to win championship, and 1999, he was injured for 6 races, broken leg!!

i dont think hes gonna come in and whoop all ass, but im sure we'll see some magic at some stage.

i think its great hes coming back for another blast!

Schumacher has nothing to prove where Hamilton is concerned! He is after all still a rookie and people are trying to compare him to one of the greatest drivers motorsport has ever seen!

I am a big Schumacher fan but im not expecting anything special when he races again, Ferrari have been struggling this year so one man isnt going to change that, but saying that, I wouldnt be surprised if he did!
