Try and run just spring pressure, it will either start working as normal or still do nothing.
What pressure are you trying to run in the AVCR?
On a Zisco td04 kit mine sounded the same as Dub-Se7en's. Mine only had about an inch screamer pipe an it was pretty much the same sound at 0.4 bar to 1 bar.

closer the pipe is to the ground louder itl be.
will this affect the acvr as it is wired intoo the ecu? if it dont work on spring pressure what could it be? an boost is set too 1.6max
No it wont as you can turn the AVCR off, and it will run spring pressure, but to rule out your solenoid, loop the turbo compressor housing to the bottom port of your gate.
will be doing this tomorrow, got too get a long enuf bit of hosing for this. so if the car screams when doing this its the boost solenoid? an if it dont scream its the wastegate?
also would this caus the car too overboost if w/g is not working correctly?
my avcr has 3 setting, off, a or b. 1 being 1br, 1.3 an 1.6, but ive gone through all of them today, an im hitting 1.5br on all 3 settings.
would this be wg?

Aye i know they have 3 settings, "off" should be base spring pressure, and then obviously your 2 preset values.
Its either the wastegate base pressure isnt what you think it is, or the solenoid.
Come to think of it, is the wastegate on the right way round?????
I ask because i have seen people put the Tial gates on the wrong way before...?
What kind of gate is it? Wana throw a pic up?
Good to hear it was a simple mistake tht you eventully figured out.
Was it mapped with the boost controller plumbed in wrong?
Im surprised the boyo fucked up plumbing in the AVCR, its very simple to do
The car should be mapped up to 1.3bar but i would wait until Friday before giving it some shoe. I would think the duty and boost pressures will need a little look at when its back on the dyno. Shouldnt take long as the map is already half done.
