seatbelt question

Im wondering if the seatbelts or locked solid in a glanza. Can they be freed out? And how? Are is it just easier buy them? Thanks

I'm not 100% sure what you mean mate, I'm guessing your seatbelts are not pulling out?

If so you could remove the rear side panel trims and remove them to see it anything is jamming them or if they can be pulled out on the bench. They don't have explosive pre-tensioners, just a ball bearing mechanism as far as I can see. If that isn't sitting level you might find the belt will not release.

Thanks jay. Thats exactly what i mean. Seatbelts won't pull out. And I seen on here that its ball bearing so makes since that it should be possoble to free them out. Not the easiet thobgs to get at. I have a go again. Thanks!!

they generally lock in place after being turned upside down. sometimes they can be fixed others depends on the locking device fitted.

try pulling them out v.e.r.y slowly if it helps..
