seats !¬! how do i mount them?

hey guys jus bought some cobra bucket seats !
first time ive had to fit them !

they are bottom mount does any no the easiest or best way to mount these in the car?

Need some rails made up....

Or use the origonal rails from the stock seats and weld them onto yout new seats...

yeh origionall rails sound best option!

one of my mates mentioned bolting them straight in or is this not an option with bottom mounted seats?

Not very easy with the original rails, have a go

I assume you've got an EP82? Using the standard seatrails means you will have to destroy most of the seat. As said, Have A Go and You Will See.

Ive also got the same problem. Got a pair of corbeau targa's. I see most people recommend getting a pair of universal subframes and then adapting those to fit ?

Could try that.. Thats what ill be doing.

If you are looking for universal rails, give me a shout I've got a pair of brand new sets. Bought them thinking to modify but never did and went to get a pair of Zep ones instead.

Great advice! How did you get on fitting yours? I informed James that he needed an excellent welder if he wanted to use standard rails or buy after market rails.

Do you remember Medders on HJC who had GT and brought teg replica seats and gave up fitting them on standard rails and sold car lol!

James - Like I said to you alot of work required to fit onto standard rails, I suggest you save up and buy some off Dave Burwash
