Selling a car to someone from another country...?

Hey guys.

Didnt know where to put this so it can go here.

As some of you know I have my glanza for sale.
There is a guy from Germany who has seen the advert on pistonheads and is interested in buying the car.

I have a question however....
What do i need to do with the V5?
Do i just need to give him the new keepers supplement and send off the V5 with his details on it or do I need to declare the car as being exported to Germany?
There is a section on the V5 for permanent export but im not understanding it. Lol. :homer:

Anyone clarify?

my mate sold a car which went to france.

on th V5 there is a bit you fill out saying it is leaving the country. give the new owner the rest and fill it out as he will need it for their insurance.
