sending big file*

does any one know how can i send a 300mb file to friend e-mail for "free", i have tried to send it by the e-mail attachment apparently that is useless? i know there are ways but they cost ££ to get an premium account,any help would be appreciated.

That file is way too big to send by email.

Host it somewhere so your friend can download it.
