Servicing advice

I just got a 1996 Glanza V Turbo last weekend and i want to service it next weekend so i was wondering could people give me some info on what would be best to get for the car, like what oil is best to use and spark plugs, the car has a lot of modifications and has 180k kilometres on it

Oil - I use a 5w-40 full syn, some like to use 10w-40 full or semi syn.

Plugs - NGK bkre7ix are a good plug to use.

x3 heat range 7 iridium plugs and air filter and possibly fuel filter

Get FUCHS 5W-40, one of the best oil.

Don't forget about the gearbox oil, and the cambelt of course.

service history

good advice from all of you.. but i have a question for Gav VZR.. do you have the service/repair/maintenance history of the car..? it may help to know where to focus on. of course all fluid flushes are recommended but there are other areas like servicing your brakes or flushing your radiator etc. it usually helps to know how the car was treated prior to having it land at your door..
