slight ticking noise???

alrite lads just started to notice my gt is making a ticking noise..it drives perfect its only when shes on idle and sometimes when its cooling down. as i said its not that noisy..some1 told me it could be the tapets and others say its my injecters are stressed or knackerd lol. cheers

It could be injectors, idle control valve or even a leaking exhaust manifold gasket.
