small sensor (thermo housing)

as above it's a small spade connection wit a white plug wit 1 earth wire in it. i've broken the spade connection . wat is this sensor? it's located beside the bleed nut on housing. an wat will happen if i drive without it properly connected? all info much appreciated :drive:

dosnt it effect the cooling fan to stay on? if air con sensor is removed/damged?

That will work mate.

Think its the pressure sensor you are thinking about Big Lad, thats the one that plugs in at the front of the radiator.
