What is this solenoid for? The blue vac pipe goes to the inlet mani and the black vac pipe is connected to the charcoal cannister. Can this be removed? If it can be removed do i leave the black vac pipe off the charcoal cannister venting to atmosphere or does it need to be blocked? Also can the small plug on the coil also be removed?
