some ebay help

folks,

some advice needed now well over two months ago needing a td05 spotted one on ebay so phoned guy up asked if he would take listing off as he did squared him up through bank transfer done deal, still waiting for part or refund.

soo here q

trying to contact ebay but they want you to say what your question is about so i go ive not received product yet though obv as i didnt do it through ebay they have no history of it.

what way can i report this dude?

I dont think they can do anything mate as you went against ebay rules and payed through a bank transfer...
