I have recently posted an add in the for sale section but it has not been posted

i have had no explination why and as far as i know there should not be an issue as
i posted up the sections you have to copy and paste,

can someone tell me whats wrong that its not been posted up! cheers

I had pics ready on my phone and when i attempted to attache them it did not allow me! and i did put pics on request as i was unable to post them (through my phone) thats them transfered to my laptop and posted up so hopefully no issues for it to go live!
