you can bolt them anywhere! I use the bolts where the original seat belts were for one point. I have no rear seats and im using bucket seats so ive also bolted my harnesses to the subframes of the seats and where the rear seatbelt clips would go, theres a few options when it comes to where you bolt them.

You can pick these up in halfords for a about £20 more if you want two! I got one fitted in my car and it's bliss feel so safe etc and didn't cost much to add it to my list of mods on the insurance! :)

If you do happen to nip to frauds and pick one up though make a point of they charge more at the till than it says on the ticket on the shelf ;) watch out for that they nearly got me!
