Speedvision gen2 hybrid opinions?

i have been offered a swap for a speedvision gen 2 turbo kit for my td04 kit...

anybody knw what these are like as ive heard bad stories about hybrids...

il be lukin to run at about 180bhp... no interest in going higher as its quick enough...

Speed vision ain't the best tbh . Reading on here tongs be the best that if people do go hybrid route they tend to avoid speed vision .

Tbh i dont think any hybrid is worth the money the stock CT9 is good enough for 200bhp

And they arent even hybrids they are Hiflow turbos not hybrids

Stock turbo will get you 180bhp or just below, all depending on your setup and engine and component health, personally I would stick with the td04. Its notTHAT much harder on fuel, its all to do with the right foot

But I wouldnt say stock ct9 is good for 200bhp, its been done before but is well out of its efficiency range and will blowing hot air

Run the TD04 on a standard ecu at 0.8bar and fit a walbro fuel pump. A few people have said they got the afr's check and they where fine then when you have the cash got a ecu. Mine was running the above and i went 3 weeks unmapped and it drove very well and i got a fair bit of abuse (afr's check at cmb autos)

td04 turbos sorta fecked cuz its been lying so long so am giving him my standard one... the td04 has a 2.5 inch down pipe... u cud hear the petrol jus dropping into it lol

iv went through tht many ct9's on my car im jus hopin the hybrid will sort it out and be reliable.... lol
