I didnt really want to do this, but it seems that im getting no where with spoonz - decided to make it public.
I bought a adjustable panhard rod and cusco catch can off damien on 3rd march when he was breaking his car - paid him £119.60 for the items, postage and paypal fees.
He advised that they were posted out to me on the 10th march - week later i still hadnt got them.
Told him this, and assured me he had sent them and were sent insured - and he had a tracking number.
I later got a message with the tracking number......3-343988 which isnt a tracking number what so ever - just a reference that its been posted on the reciept.
Made him aware that its still not arrived after 8 days, and said that he would put a claim through royal mail to get me my money back - refused to issue me a refund till he got money from royal mail.
Royal mail advised him that only to process a lost claim for 15 days, so had to wait for that.
It got to then 27th march, and i still hadnt got my money, and damien wasnt going to issue me a refund.
As i paid through paypal, i put a disupute through paypal, as this was my only way of getting my money back, as i doubt that damien sent the parcel insured - as the tracking number would be different, so i wouldnt get money back.
Anyway, on 13th april, the claim got escalted to paypal for them to review the case, they found it in my favor and granted a refund - this decision was made on 19th april - so a good 6 weeks after initially sending payment.
According to damien, they have took all my money that i was owed plus a bit more, however of the £119.60 i paid, i have only been issued with £36.10 of that.
I sent damien a message advising of this and paypal should be in touch with him, regarding refunding me the rest of my money - he again advised that paypal has took my money - but havent refunded me....which i seriously doubt unless there are other disputes going through and its all split between people who are disputing it.
I sent him a copy of the email i recieved from paypal saying that they have only been able to retrieve 36.10 out of the account, and they will try and recover more.
I then get sent this message:
"At the end of the day mate u was inpatient and wanted to put a claim through pay pal like 5 days later instead of lettin me mum sort it out so the claim u put through pay pal is the way you are bein refunded i wont take any money out of my pocket for this reason,
Has i had to fill all the paper work out give them proof of paypal payments find all the reciepts for all the payments of delivery and its been a real hassle with working 7 day weeks and the same with my mum looking after kids."
Inpatient - youve still got £90 of money and wont give it me back, and you didnt send the parcel insured - but thats my fault aint it!!!
