spun bearing

We had spun bearing problem and conrod cap little bit rough, i have to use same conrod, if we clean it with sand paper!?

Resize, it costs R70 this side of the world.
Put up a photo of the damage.
Do not use sand paper.
And find the problem to why the bearing spun.

I'd be starting again cause once uv spun a shell ur oil pump . Pumps all the shaving's threw everything else inc ur turbo IMO I'd start again that's what I've done hole new set of pistons and rods new grinds skims oil pump turbo recon etc !
