Well I've had a look through for sale section and other forums and sites.

Got 5k to spend.

Glanza V. Moonstone Blue or Silver.
Good Condition.
Slightly in the JDM Scene. Suttle Mods.
Engine Mods. Between 150-200bhp.
On coilys.

Not been into the starlet Scene, mainly civic. So just a rough idea of what i'm looking for.

I got a Silver Glanza there for sale £3k. owned by a mechanic so engine is running 100%. Only things done to car is it's lowered 40mm, turbo timer & GReddy bov.

Have a look at Duffs Glanza in the for sale section. Even though it is in Ireland and is Irish Registered shouldn't put you off it. It is no big hassle to re-register it in the UK.
It has a really good spec and looks like a 98 model
