Starlet mirror backing/blanking plate? People with carbon mirrors.

is it f1 style mirrors u are putting on?get urself some back plates from another set of mirrors,cut and flush them,then screw on the carbon mirrors.

I have f1 mirrors, i used some 3mm alluminium, Made the template from the old base plates. Mine are solid aswell. Aslo the rubber seal from the old mirrors i put that under the alluminium.

i have fk mirrors , i used e36 2 doors plate from the fk too and it fit not 100% but you can say 95%
