asuming your refering to the porous heads on redtops (non coscast heads)

makes sense, if it blows up cheap to replace take alot of abuse and service parts are cheap, good for a budding rally driver

most of the porous heads have been scrapped lol most are coscast now

my redtop astra took a beating everyday for 2 years and never went wrong great engines imo. shame everything else on the car always broke lol.

i thought this was gona be an EP with a red top. Now that would have been wierd.. But these KP's have all sorts of engines in, and ive seen red tops in them before too...
