stearing wheel, juddering

alright lads, basicly when im driving my stearing wheel is juddering left to tight in about half inch motions, it started off hardly noticable, but now its getting bad., im thinking maye track rod ends as the car was tracked 2 months ago and havnt hit any potholes etc.

Get both the front wheels off the ground and give them a shake, you should be able to see whats moving if its that bad on the steering wheel.

Track rod end could have a bit play, also might possible be play in the steering rack, ball joints could have play and the wheels also might not be balanced very well.

they were ballanced the last time i got tyres which was about 2 months ago:S still havnt found time to look at it yet:Z

since u had em balanced hav u put any different dust caps on i put ones that light up and it threw the balance out the window had to take em bk off

nope same dustcaps, there standard glanza alloys aswell if that helps:L

hav u had the wheels off the car or any chance could of knocked the weights off

had them off and set them down, never droped or roughly handled
