stereo problems ??? help

right then people i had a zetec s with a sony head unit and ive now removed it and tryed to put it in my glanza problem is that the glanza loom has been cut so ive been trying ive connected red yellow and black and im still having no power to the unit any 1 no y i have no fuses blown ???????

ok on the head unit should be a diagram or list of pin outs where the power, memory power and earth go. then using a multimeter using continuity tester establish the earth wire (most likely black) then establish ingition live (usually red) and finally check for a live when the key is out of the ignition this is your memory live. (colour vary)
once you have done this if you can and you still have no power then its a head unit failure or fuse failure in the head unit
