Stiff gearbox?

Hi lads, in the last few weeks I've noticed that my 1st to 2nd is very stiff when I start the car, it can be stiff going into 3rd aswell. Can someone tells me what might be the issue? Cheers, Daithi.

could be the wrong type of gear oil and its too thick when its cold and when it heats up it gets easier to change gear.

Yea, tis easier to change gear after I drive on a bit up the road. What type of gear oil is best for the GT? Cheers.

i use 80-140

right im having exactly the same problem as this guy and think i need to change the oil i had my clutch done at a performance garage im not sure wot oil they put in but it is hard to select 1st and second since having the clutch done

wot oil do i need i just looked at that oil ^ redline 75w90 but i read on there site not to use caus sycro mesh problems.

to add i have no limited slip diff and i have a glanza v
