stripped screw

can anyone suggest a way to undo a screw which "someone" managed to strip by stupidly not using the right screwdriver head?

i dont think its in too tight, but i couldnt do it with pliers

i dont have a drill

Can you get to the head of the screw easy with a little room ?

If so, just use an hacksaw and cut a little slit in the head to use a screw driver.

its the screw which holds the ecu in, clutch peddle is in the way a bit

nice idea sticks, i was going to get a hacksaw so il do that tomorow

Isn't the ECU on the passenger side behind the glove box or is that just on Glanza

I think its under the radio in the EP82 ?

ep82 ecu is kind of under the stereo but you access it next to the clutch

just had another look, dont think the hack saw idea is possible. il give it a go anyway tho

i think dry glue would be way too brittle

u could allways try a smaller size socket on it etc if its 10mm get a 9 or 8mm and smack it on then undo it that should do trick
