Sumo Power Fuel Rail

Ok Guys, Morph has kindly supplied all the info to what fittings you will need and also what he used to make it work...

"Fuel Filter is a M12x1.25 - an6
SARD rrfpr uses a 1/8"npt - an6
4 meters of Black Aeroquip push fit hosing and used a 45deg -6 on his fuel rail for the feed hose but on a stock inlet you can use a 90deg. Used the 45deg because of the Zisco inlet.

On the return you can use either a straight or 90deg fitting depending on the fuel rail position as mine was by the coil, I used a 90deg on a stock inlet and straight on the Zisco then either a 90deg or a 45deg into the fuel reg

On fitting the rail you may need to modify the bolts off the stock fuel rail,

I recommend that these are fitted by a professional, as with all things Fuel related it is extremely dangerous so you want to make sure that everything is fitted 100% correctly and safely.

Morph also said that as an Emergency he brought some cheap fittings from eBay and they were shocking! It is best to buy quality fittings from Earls etc..

I hope this info helps, It's very honest and I hope you appreciate that.

I am still awaiting a ETA on the rails, I have been told that I will find out today But I am on their case big time to give me some dates.

Thanks.
Dan.

Dan you forgot to add the crush washer thats needed on the m12 into the fuel filter.

If guys want anymore help on fitting drop me a pm and ill do my best for you.

Id also recommend buying a fire extinguisher even tho id carry one anyway as ive seen people lose there cars due to not having one onboard and custom fuel systems carry a risk guys.

Is a tad pricey! Especialy when theres no lines etc. universal ones can be bought and modified to fit with lines etc for faaaar less. sumo dont understand the starlet market realy :( this took so long to be developed and is a tiny fraction cheaper than hks ones. also why is it not center fed with a larger capacity than oem rails? Any dyno prints to show a gain or is it just a shiney part?

Don't understand the Starlet market... Really? Can you explain it to me then please? Would you rather the cheap nasty stuff from China then?

The price is cheap as chips, Made here in the building, In the UK!

No print outs on the Dyno sadly.

Dan, If it's just a "bling" part then the price is too high to catch the guys that just want the bay to look nice and those of us that would buy one need some proof that i does flow better and have a worth while gain for it's price.
At the end of the day it's not HKS part and so because it hasn't got that little badge on it makes it worth consderably less in some peoples eyes.
