Ive had a search but couldnt find anything specific.
Basicly, i started my 93 GT today and the tacho sat at 200rpm.
The engine obviously wasnt doing that. When the engine was revved, the tacho would respond but only very minimaly. It would rise to 1000rpm slowly when the engine was revving approx 2500rpm..
I havent fiddled with anything over night..
So i drove to work and it never rose over 1500rpm even when boosting etc.
The only thing i can put this down to is perhaps a connector is loose? I had an immobiliser installed a week ago or so and perhaps the installer had knocked a connector of some sort.
Where should i be looking for connections etc? Could it even be a loose connection? or is it just... fucked.
