right ive got 4 old gearboxes now, i was thinking about selling them, i probably will end up doing so but was thinking about taking them apart and trying make 1 good gearbox out of the 4. basically i have some mechanical experience, ive just sucessfully done valve stem oil seals myself. has anyone tried doing it themselves with sucess? ive never done gearbox internals myself, is it worth trying or is it a speciallists job?
