Tamiya petrol rc car..

hi all i got a petrol tamiya rc car off a mate.. it needs a few parts though.. does anyone know much about them? i believe its this one

i need for definate a front shock absorber and the pull cord spring or whole unit.. ive had a look online but im not really sure what im looking for

i dont have the shock one is missing.. no pics yet dont have it long. only tryin to find pieces to get her going again

shame the engine is positioned that way, other wise you could start it with a drill.. have a rc monster truck myself and a few planes, nitro methane is dear enough to buy, have you the glow stick an all??

i dont have it but the fella i got it off has it for me next time im down at his ill collect it.. do you know any good online shops or shops around the country

well at the moment i know i need a shock. a spring for the pull start and a front shock tower.. im new to this stuff so i dont know if the shocks i

just measure the length of the shock mate, is the recoil missing from the pull start? as these can be rewinded (a bit of a pain though) your also going to need a glo starter.

the fella i got it off says he has a glow starter for it..i think the recoil is in it looks like just spring is missing.. the shock measures 70mm in total thats from the bottom of the mount point to the top

those pull starts always brake... there used to be a place is ennis here, just looking for the number

ring these lads and they will point you in the right direction, they do mostly helicopters but im sure they will give ya a few numbers to ring... they stock nitro methane too so will be handy to get off them
