1.2 bar maximum with 370cc injectors is your best bet. Turn it down for daily driving. The rest will all be in the tune (road map with wideband essential) and current health of the engine. My car runs standard 4EFTE at 1.2bar max and 0.7-0.8 daily mapped with emanage ultimate -

It also depends what type/quality of manifold/setup you are using. From your current setup 0.1bar is not going to make a huge jump in torque or power from your current figures. How does the car feel and what management is it running? Is it an animal? A recent engine rebuild will improve your chances of the engine lasting longer and taking the higher boost pressure, again depending on quality of map with precautions in place.
Don't forget that 223bhp would be the flywheel horsepower, so you'd be looking at a realistic 185-190 at the wheels with even lower torque.
I also drive a similar amount of miles a month but she sees no track action (yet) You may want to try a different mapper and try a different rolling road if feasible.
