Hello i am a new member and this is my first Gt, i was wondering if you could get some guidance Iv just bought a td04 turbo with Toyo sport manifold and decat pipe, and now need adjustable actuator and oil feed lines where is the best place to get them from? And is there just the one oil feed into the turbo and the return out because it looks like there could be 3 possible oil feeds on the turbo??

Iv got all the basics on already fmi, fcd, fuel pressure regulator, boost controller but am I missing anything nessasary for the td04 convertion.

Thanks

the turbo should have an oil feed in and out as well as a coolant feed in and out.make sure you connect them correctly or your turbo wont last too long

You'll need new coolant lines, you can get them from your local motor factor's. Thinks its 10 or 15mm but i could be wrong, bring the turbo in to be sure as i can't remember.

You can use the original oil return line but it'll be a bodge job and more than likely leak as the TD04 oil return pipe is larger than the CT9 and you'll have to squeeze it on.

The oil feed will have to be a braided line with the proper connectors due to the pressure.
Speedvision are still doing the kits i think.

You shouldn't need an adjustable actuator as the original TD04 actuators are adjustable. Once the turbo is rotated though the actuator won't line up and your left with two options.

1. Use 1 bolt instead of two.
2. Get a custom bracket made up

If I was you I'd get the bracket made up as I had alot of problems using the 1 bolt method.

You'll need a better clutch aswell if your going to run 1bar of boost,an oem or 30%+ one will shit itself (I broke 2 while waiting for my paddle clutch to arrive)
I used this kit http://speedvisioncps.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=6&products_id=202
Never had a problem, held very well at 223bhp

Also you'll need to modify your FMIC piping (you'll need extra samco) and the efi pipe will no longer fit so you will need custom front mount Air filter

You can check my garage, alot of the info is in there
