not much difference between 315cc and 330cc, increasing the fuel pressure would make your 315cc injectors flow 330cc ;)

I ran the 315cc injectors with stock ecu , and rising rate fuel pressure regulator. fueled fine at 0.8 bar on td04 , you will hit boostcut at more than 0.89bar on the stock ECU , you will need an FCD or a emanage etc , to get more than 0.89bar

thats cool then...But did you have 15afr @idle or did it ran richer with the 315cc and more fuel pressure?

There's no point going for 330 injectors... Use stock and increase fuel pressure.

The stock ecu will run most injectors at 14.7 idle and cruising, as it's on close loop.

So Chris stock injectors, stock ecu and more fuel pressure is enough for a td04@1bar as long as i have a fcd?

315cc isnt a big increase , it would run a few points richer . plenty of people running them. but ChrisD is right , stock injectors are fine for 1.0bar on a TD04. no point buying bigger unless your planning on bigger boost in the future

1bar on TD is about 220hp? Should be on the limit of stock injectors, even with light increase in fuel pressure.

But bigger injectors like 440cc will need some sort of management. Maybe a safc will manage it.

Maybe I didn't put it correctly. The stock injectors, even with slight pressure increase, will operate at very high duty cycle, so it's not the best for them.

But try increasing the pressure and monitor with the wideband
