TDO4L rebuild

Hey guys got a TD04 sitting here but it needs a bit of TLC by the look.

A few fins on the exhaust side are chipped and when you spin the shaft it spins freely then catches the housing and stops.... bearings?

Is there a rebuild kit available or who repairs them and at what cost?

if i was you id just buy a new one to replace it.if you go rebuilding it(kits available on ebay) or you could get it professionally done which takes so much time and effort and will prove costly between machining it to balance it and parts etc.

As above, a new one isn't expensive.

yeah, as said above, scooby forums, and you can pick one up with around 40k on it for 40-80 quid.
which is alot cheaper than a 3-450 rebuild.
