tdo5h with tdo4 exhaust back work,did any one do this yet?

td05h with tdo4l exhaust housing? so pretty much a td05 hybrid...i think greddy do a variation of this turbo or the VF series??check out this post...

might be wrong but i think the tdo4 exhaust housing on the tdo5 spools up quicker?

but isnt the exhaust wheel bigger on an 05? wouldnt fit an 04 exhaust housing.

if a td05 compressor housing would fit onto a td04 then maybe you could put the td05 compressor wheel on a td04 too. might be out of balance tho, cheap hybrid if it worked

You may have to get the exhaust housing machined if the td05 exhuast wheel is bigger to allow it to fit into the td04 housing, i had this done on a t28 had a .64 rear housing machined to fit the larger t28 which originally had a .86 exhuast housing, it improved spool up so much.

there not the same size the tdo4l exhaust housing is smaller so if putting the tdo5 turbo useing tdo4 exhaust housing should spool up quicker housing machined to fit

Do you have a td05 on ur car now? how did you fix the actuator after you rotated it?
