temp sensor difference between gt and glanza

hi all bit of a problem im fitting a glanza v engine into my gt and ive been told that theres a difference on the sensors of the thermostat housing anyone shed any light on this or post pictuires of the two different sensors

oh by the way i dont have the engine from the gt i bought it as a rolling shell

Your local Toyota would be able to help you with that! The sensor changes on 1997 model as far as I know, anything pre 05/1997 is a cheap model and anything after is a lot more expensive. What year is your engine?

my gt is registerd as a 95 the glanza was a 96
