Temperature info please.

Hey guys,

I have a couple of Gauges ready to be installed when I get the car back.

Basically, what am I looking for in relation to min/max's for: Oil temp, Oil pressure and Water temp.

I have a boost gauge to keep an eye on creep/spiking also, is there anything else that could be recommended?

Just want to make sure it stays healthy.

Oil pressure cold idle- 4-5 bar
Oil pressure warm idle minimum 1 bar-2 bar
Oil temp maximum of 110deg
Water temp 90ish.

Cheers for that bud! Very helpful, what about Oil Pressure under load though? Surely that'll change a bit, mind I guess I only need to worry if it drops to nothing, would it over-pressurise?

Would be very unlikely to get too high a pressure mate. As long as its more than 1.5 bar when giving it the beans you should be ok. If it drops to 0 then switch the engine off straight away.
