We don't have Tercels locally (UK) but I've always wanted to find out as they have a slightly differently coloured lense. If you get an answer please share!
i think it will fit maybe a few mm off,i have seen tercel with starlet head lamps but i think similiar year but best bet check http://board.tercelonline.com/
