NEW ENGLAND, that is.... :homer:
I don't know if it was a coincidence or what but, when I decided to go back to Mason-Dixon
recently, I didn't realize it was almost one year to the day, I was there with TERCEL4 so,
I guess as long as I run a Tercel, the 3rd Saturday in October will be reserved for the dragstrip
in the valley...
Last year at around this time (actually on the 21st of October) I took TERCEL4 up to
Mason-Dixon Dragway and fell in love with the place... reminds me so much of New England
(where I grew up) and especially in the Autumn... and speaking about home, here I am reading
the latest issue of my hometown newspaper, the Ludlow Register as I wait another crack at the
1/4 mile:
Although I didn't beat my best ET (14.388) nor my best Top End Speed (94.28 mph) I seem to be
running a bit more consistent and consistently closer to those personal bests... See for yourself:
