open a account on www.photobucket.com
Then upload files on there.
Then you can use the link of that image that you've uploaded

Use the DirectLink from photobucket, and when posting a thread, there is a button to click on the toolbar(instert image). When you click it, then you have to give the link for the image, then you use the one from photobucket.
