i am confused to what the issue is
when my car was 1300 CT9 i put in the ultimate and instead of hooking up the TPS i sent the Map sensor signal to the TPS input of the ultimate as our TPS really doesn't do much, went into IGN settings and set it up pretty much the same as HYBRID posted earlier and I had launch control
recently reinstalled an ultimate in my 1500 td05, did the same thing and had launch control, what is this circuit that you guys are speaking about?
i didnt think the problem concerned the Tps tapping , i thought it was
the toyota Ecu disliking misfiring more than 1 revolution , and hence the circuit ??

actually after studying it i think i know what the issue is, will have to check the laptop to confirm, but initially my car wasn't holding the RPM just hit it and falling off to almost cutting out really slow. you have to go into vehicle setup and whereas when u select 4efte as the engine it automatically sets the IGN type to RPM Signal, you need to change this to IGNITION. i believe that sorted out the problem of the missing cycles with the launch control. give it a try because for sure it works on my car with no secondary board or wiring.

I retarded up to -20° when testing launch control.
i guess i have just wasted money on components, unless you's still want them?
