Threads with 0 replies

as suggested in our suggest section we have added a button on the main portal page that will list threads with zero replies from the technical and wanted sections - The button is on the left side of the portal or you can click here http://www.toyotagtturbo.com/index.php?pageid=noreply

idea came from a member in our suggestions section and was seen on uksc as a feature of their forum software. it is a good idea but vbulletin doesnt have a way of doing it so we came up with a way
