ticking engine noise

got a ticking noise from the engine, only started doing it since i got a big crack in my manifold and is blowing, would this cause any kind of ticking noise?

it could, are you sure its not your injectors or valves opening and closing?they tick and its perfectly normal

yeh it ticked before, but the ticking is alot louder since ive got this hole in the mani, and it gets louder with higher revs

its defo because of the manifold! happened with me!

is this my old car by any chance yeah the advance? when i had it was runnin the td05 and prob the same manifold as you have and was tooshed then.
