thanks for the positive comments...

i bought the glanza half cut for A$1500.
had 50,000's , factory LSD , power steer , guage cluster etc etc...

basically had to remove all the stock EP91 4EFE stuff , and put in the FTE glanza stuff..pretty straight forward swap..
all the wiring looms swapped straight over , and turned the key and it went...
the only thing i had to change was the wiring for the rear indicators and the reverse lights....everything else was just a swap over...
glanza power steering was fitted also , and retains the EP91 air con. system..

currently the car has 150.2 HP at the wheels on 13.8psi..

running the stock CT9b , stock ECU and a SAFC2.
home made CT9 replacement exhaust manifold.
2.5in. stainless mandrel exhaust
630x300 front mount with 2in. piping..

cheers.
Brad..

aftermarket manifolds are the best modification you can do to a CT9 powered car..
i wasn't going to spend In excess of A$500 for a replacement , so myself and 2 good mates decided we'll make one..i've got a well equipped shed at home so there was no reason why we couldn't..
in the end it turned out perfectly , with a total value spend on each manifold to be A$100..includes the laser cut flanges and the pipework...

here in Aust. , we measure our dyno power at HP at the wheels , not BHP..
so whatever 150hp at the wheels equates to a BHP figure , it's pretty damn good for a ct9 setup...

interesting point , is that all the 3 cars that the manifolds went on to , had very similar mods like exhaust , SAFC2's , front mounts etc etc
the 3 cars power figures were only seperated by 2 HP on the dyno... :)
