Timing belt instructions

Hi guys,
Im carrying out timing belt change and need to know best way to get crank pulley off, i know there is a special tool from toyota for this but obviously cant get hold of it. I did have proper instructions from toyota on replacment of belt, but have subsquently lost them. Does anyone have a link to somewhere where i can follow proper instructions?
I have to do this at home and not at work so no air tools :( damn it lol
If anyone has some techniques/good ways for doing it, it would be appreciated to share with me

Cheers Paul,

P.s oh and i need to know is it the 10 degree mark you time up on the crank ?

You time it to 0 degrees. When the pulley is off there is a tiny notch to line up on the block.

You almost defintely wont get the pulley off without a tool. I made mine myself.

Undoing the crankshaft bolt is much much easier with a air/elec powered nutrunner.

Its easy to time up, bottom to 0 degrees (notch when pulley removed) and make sure the cam pulley lines up (hole through marked '4E' to a dimple on the bearing cap.
