Had another excellent day at AFR Tuning on Friday. The car made 359bhp @ 1.5 bar of boost. Not bad for a 4 year old tired engine

It was built 4 years ago, had cams last year. Unfortunately it was running lean before the new ECU so its a bit breathy now

nice dave, were gonna get krissy's dyno prob at tdi just to see what's going on with afr dyno, seems to of lost far to much power for a fwd motor

We tried in 4th and got a much better whp figure but just to much spin. Hub dyno is the way to go if chasing figures. The car is plenty quick enough for what we want. We will prob run it at a bar (285) for most use. IMHO anything over 300bhp is a bit silly as its just not useable in fwd. Your 4wd is ideal for more

wanted to have a go against krissy today but the inlet mani cracked, idle at 4k is not a good look
yeah will try tdi's or sumo's new dyno,
yeah only really feel the difference in 300 to a 350+ when your in 4th and 5th:haha:
