toad alarm advice

I`m busy fitting a toad sterling one on an "95 ep82. I need advice on which wires to connect to for the remote central locking. I`m thinking they are in the drivers foot-well kick-panel? Do I need to add a second door motor? Do I use the wires going to the square-internal locking switch on the drivers door? Advice much appreciated.

There should be a button on the drivers door control that locks/opens both doors at once. Thats the one you want to find and use.

I dont think you will get many answers about this as people dont like divulging alarm installation information on a public forum like this mate.

Yeah, I thought about using the wires from that little switch next to the window-lock switch. I agree with you about security on the internet. Unfortunately there is already everything out there- I got the toad installation manual and a full online fitment guide from the GTi forum through a basic google search. How bad is that?
