If i get it right ..you need to torque this nut while you moving the hub with the other hand. When you feel it to be harder to turn you come back 1/4 (or a bit less)of a turn. This happens because the bearing inside is conical. Also check when you finish for side play. If side play at the hub something isnt correct and need further investigation. (this way is how i did it..maybe it is an other more accurate way tho..)
if i read correct your meaning the 22mm nut yes. Normally i just tighting it up like the sortof way with a spark plug as you dont want to be too tight to fuck the bearing.
Central nut for the back hub probably! The 216 if right it is for the front one wich is supllyed with normal bearing. If you torque the back hub with 216 the wheell will not move at all and you will destroy the bearing.
