well firstly its easier if you can get the existing towing eye off to work on but mines well and truly stuck on so i had to do it under the car, but basicaly get your tow hook, put it where you want it against the old one, mark where the holes are and drill them out, and bolt it on, mine came with a sandwhich plate
just make sure you start with a small drill bit and work your way up, dont go for the big'un straight away

haha yeah that would sting a bit, ive definatley noticed people dont get so far up my arse in traffic now though, i was guna go for the straps but ive always prefered the hooks personaly

why would you want a tow hook on a starlet lol? am i missing somthing
well i hate to state the obvious but in theory to tow it? but as i said mines cosmetic, i just like the way it looks, seemed like a good enough reason to me
