That engine is the same block size as a 4AGE, buts taller and uses a longer stroke crank. A guy on here fastfish is the man you need to speak to about this, he has a 4AGE/8AGE hybrid engine turboed in his corolla.

The 4AGE has been put into Starlets before.

that engine can be turbo'd and forged. (I have a log manifold over here actually)

You would need to turn into 7agte

Forged 7afe bottom end, balanced crank,forged rods,forged pistons. 4age head cams for turbo etc

And run a turbo manifold with a standalon ecu like the fcon v or power fc.

It will fit in the glanza but one engine mount needs modifying i think.

Would be ultrafast and good for 400-450 very easily and still be realiable as well as a load of torque.

A local guy runs a forged 7AGTE in his FWD Toyota Levin, about 500hp. Daily driven street car, has run 10.8 1/4 mile and recently won a superlap event against many many big power evo's/supras/scoobies.
