tps and ditributor timing adjustment.

Hi am trying to adjust my tps. and each time its changing my timing..so. how do i proceed?which one to adjust first..was thinking about loosening both tps and distributor screw,move the tps till my timing is 10 degres and then tight sll the screws..is thak ok?

The TPS not being set right will affect timing, but once you link E1 and TE1 in the diagnostic plug, if the TPS is set correctly the ecu should fix the timing at 10 degrees BTDC. Set the TPS correctly, use the tutorials in the awfully helpful section to do this, then link in the diagnostic plug and set your timing.
