TRD LSD identification. helical or mech?

Just purchased a gearbox which has a TRD LSD in it. Wondering if anyone knows if its a helical or mechanical clutch type

also what oil should i use with this? i was thinking of getting Silkolene SILKTRAN 75W-90

The only true way I believe to know exactly what you got is to open the box up. Could be a cusco or kaaz.

That oil will do fine, or the Motul stuff I heard is shit hot.
